Our unique wall system creates highly
energy efficient buildings. We also ensure
that you qualify for tax incentives.
Our unique wall system is a "sandwich panel", which combines an insulated
foam board (expanded polystyrene) with a protective and structural layer of
concrete on either side. One of the best aspects of our system is the way the
concrete is applied. We use a wet mix concrete and spray the concrete
directly on the face of the insulation panels. Typically for a residential, single
family structure, we provide 8" thick expanded polystyrene and 2" of concrete
on each side. This provides an R-value (a measure of thermal resistance) of
40. The international residential code requires an R value of 13 in walls. And
the insulation we provide is continuous, with no gaps or breaks that occur in a
typical framed wall. The uses and shapes are virtually unlimited with our wall
product and it can be applied to residential or commercial buildings easily.
Using our proprietary, hyper-insulated wall system, we can create energy
efficient buildings that save 50-80% on heating and air conditioning costs.
According to the Department of Energy, approximately 60% of home energy
use and 34% of office energy use is spent on heating and air conditioning,
leading to very large savings for our customers. Tax incentives, green
